Biography
- Louise started Anthemion Furniture in January 2001 and now has over 35 years of experience in the fields of Bespoke Furniture Making and Furniture Restoration.
- She has worked on an extensive range of furniture making and restoration projects while developing her skills and increasing her knowledge and appreciation.
- All types of Boxes and Treen have been made or restored over the years but quality Memory Boxes, Special Occasion Boxes and Jewellery Boxes have become a large part of her work.
- Development of the business continues but the basic concept remains; all the furniture made and restored will be completed to give the customers the highest quality of work and level of satisfaction.
Since 2014 Louise has written articles on furniture making and restoration for GMC Publications Woodworking Crafts magazine.
Experience (1986 - 1999)
Before starting Anthemion Furniture Louise worked for over 14 years with a top London company who worked with London's leading Interior Designers and Antique Dealers, items that she worked on found homes all around the world and as part of a team Louise worked on a large scale project that took her to Greece.
